SUPPORT FOR OUR CLIENTS

Anyone can find themselves needing extra support, at any time. It might be because of illness, a disability, age, bereavement, a natural disaster, financial stress, family violence, language or literacy barriers, or simply because life has become overwhelming.

If you need additional help to deal with us, please tell us. We will work with you to find a way that suits your circumstances, and we can connect you with specialist services. You do not need to explain more than you are comfortable sharing.

We offer contact by phone, email, post and in writing, and we will record your preferred way of being contacted so you do not have to ask again.

Interpreter and translation services

If English is not your first language, we can arrange an interpreter at no cost to you.

Someone to act for you

You can authorise a family member, friend, carer, financial counsellor, lawyer or other representative to deal with us on your behalf. Let us know who they are and we will confirm what we need from you to put that in place.
